Juices are very good for our health. It can be taken by even sick people also. They are really nutritious and energy producing drink.
Real juice tastes like eating a fruit itself. Juice from Orange, Apple, Grape, Pine apple, Papaya etc. are hot favorites in summer. Juices can be made from vegetables also. During summer season juices of cucumber, carrot etc. make good coolers. They are also good health drinks for patients suffering from diabetes and heart diseases.
Milk shakes also are favorites among young people. Sharjah Shake, Apple milk shake, Mango milk shake and many other fruit shakes are popular among Indians. Milk is mixed with fruit juices to make shake with other ingredients.
Watermelon Sarbat – For a fresh feeling always.
- Watermelon (small) – 1
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Ginger juice – 1 tbsp
- Pudina leaves – 2
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Remove the seeds and the skin of the watermelon and cut them into small pieces.
- Blend them in a mixie. Add the lemon and ginger juice and blend again.
- Add water if needed. Add sugar and stir.
- Serve chilled with Pudina garnishing.
