Suriya is back with ‘Ayan‘, and how! As a super hero, a complete contrast from the real life inspired ‘Varanam Aayiram‘, his previous film.
Paired with Tamannah, he pays a soft hero in the first half and faces a transition into an action star in the second. Calling it a film he thoroughly enjoyed making, he said it has turned out very well. “I approached director KV Anand when I knew he had a script like this. It is such a film. And when we approached a reputed banner like AVM to produce it, we weren’t intimidated. Director and I were proud because we too had a good script with us,” he said, beaming with pride.
“Despite having the script ready, we didn’t mind making changes, developing the script as it evolved. We’re taken a keen look at the finer aspects of the film and our resolve to give only the best will be visible,” he then added, quoted his introduction scene in ‘Kaakha Kaakha’, jumping from the wood house, as an example.
Speaking generally about his career, Suriya said he liked the way his growth has been. “I like success the way I’ve got it. I didn’t get it without toiling. I came step by step, and helped me realize every inch of my growth,” he then said.
With Suriya gung ho about his project, the wait is almost over for his fans to judge it. Presented by Kalanidhi Maran’s Sun Pictures, ‘Ayan’ is all set to take theatres by storm from today.
