Radhika Apte, of Raktha Charithra and Dhoni fame, is now starring in ‘All in All Azhagu Raja’ with Karthi, directed by Rajesh, which is all set to release by November. It’s a complete family entertainer where she plays the role of a rich girl, set in the backdrop of the 1980’s, which is one of the highlights of the film.
“It’s one of the best roles I have ever played as I had an opportunity to do a bit of research on the films of the 1980s to actually understand my characterisation. Also, it was a great experience to work with a bunch of youngsters, and the set was filled with positive energy that motivated me to perform well in the film,” says Radhika Apte.
When asked about how she manages to juggle her multiple language projects, she says, “I have this curiosity to work in different geographical conditions, and to know about cultural diversities in India. So I love to work in different industries, irrespective of language constraints, as I love acting. Once you know how to manage the dates, everything else becomes simple,” she says.
Radhika Apte is currently working on Kolai Nokku Paarvai and Ula. Also, two of her Hindi films, ‘The Mountain Man’ and ‘The Hunter’, will be releasing next year.
