“Ileana was unwell and the heat took a toll on her,“ a source who was present at the shoot. With the monsoons nearly at end, Mumbai is sweltering under a heat wave. And our Bolly stars aren’t getting any respite from it either.
Recently, Shahid Kapoor and his leading lady Ileana were shooting at Film City on a helipad, for their film Phata Poster Nikla Hero. With the mercury soaring, however, Ileana was in no mood to shoot the romantic sequence.
An exhausted Ileana asked if she could have some time off team is on a really tight schedule now that the release date is nearly here and they simply couldn’t afford to lose even a day’s shoot.“
Once Ileana understood that the shoot had to go on, she bravely soldiered on. Shahid, ever the considerate co-star, helped Ileana complete the sequence as quickly as possible. That’s the spirit!
New Threat To Ileana!
It has been ages since anyone has seen Ileana in Tollywood and the reason for that is this sexy hip beauty is busy in Bollywood. Sources from Mumbai reveal Ileana is creating ripples because she is bagging some juicy projects in an intelligent way. But now, it looks like she is facing a new threat.
This is in the form of Amala Paul. According to reports, the smash hit ‘Tagore’ starring Chiranjeevi is currently in the remake mode in Bollywood and this would mark the debut of Krish as a director in Hindi. It is heard that Ileana was considered for the leading lady’s role but now her place has been taken by Amala Paul.
However, unit members reveal the film has two heroines and Amala is taken for the second female lead which was done by Jyothika in Telugu. For now, speculations are making different rounds and we will know the clear picture as days pass by. Let us hope Ileana and Amala are part of this project as it would be a treat to the Hindi audience.
