Following Kamal Hassan‘s Vishwaroopam, it was Vijay‘s Thalaivaa that faced serious issues letting a huge loss for producers. Apparently, now it is John Abraham’s Madras Cafe that is facing the same issue down here in Tamil Nadu.
While the film will have worldwide release across the International maps, the Tamil version is banned by Chennai High Court as few groups as the film was alleged of portraying LTTE in bad light. According to the sources, the film centers on the assassination of a young prime minister by a terror group in Srilanka headed by Bhaskar.
John Abraham plays the role of Research Analysis Wing Agent, who goes as a spy to Srilanka for unraveling the mystery that is plotted as Madras Cafe.
