Actress Ramya Nambeesan has the habit of speaking her mind out and doesn’t hold back when she speaks. The actress, who had appeared in demure roles in a few films in Tamil, appeared in attractive costumes in last year’s hit film Pizza opposite Vijay Sethupathy and got noticed.
As a result of the success of Pizza, Remya managed to land up few more offers in Tamil including Rendavathu Padam, which is yet to release. With a few more interesting projects in Tamil, Ramya was asked recently as to whether she was willing to pair up opposite mass heroes such as Ajith and Vijay.
“Who else wouldn’t love to do so? All upcoming actresses would obviously love to get a chance to work opposite the likes of Ajith and Vijay. I’m no exception to this rule. I love both the heroes’ acting style and won’t hesitate for a second if offered a chance to work opposite them. The reach of these films obviously makes an actress popular.
“Of course, my criterion in choosing a film is not based on who plays the lead role. I first go through the script and if it appeals to me, I take up the offer and only then enquire as to who plays the hero. I feel script is a film’s first hero,” concludes Ramya who has a couple of Tamil films besides half-a-dozen Malayalam films on her hands.
