Sonakshi Sinha special song in Himmatwala
Doe-eyed beauty Tamanna, who is busy working for the remake of Sridevi‘s yesteryear film ‘Himmatwala‘, is facing tough competition from Shatrughan Sinha‘s daughter Sonakshi Sinha.
Though Sonakshi Sinha has only a special song ‘Thank god it’s Friday‘, Tammu is scaring that Sonakshi Sinha could steal the show. Touted to be a retro disco number, Sonakshi Sinha will be seen in tight leather pants and 1980’s shiny sizzling dresses.
The buzz is that Sonakshi Sinha is apparently inspired by Sridevi and Parveen Babi for such looks.
Also choreographer Chinni Prakash and director Sajid Khan are keen on the looks of Sonakshi Sinha. He roped in designer Manish Malhotra and Sonakshi Sinha, who admits working hard for the song, is happy with the result. For her first avatar in the number, Sonakshi Sinha has sported a vintage sequined golden dress and headband, which bears a striking resemblance Parveen Babi‘s look in the song ‘Pyaar karne waale‘ from the film ‘Shaan‘. Sonakshi Sinha‘s other look where she is wearing black-coloured tight pants, a jacket and boots, is inspired from Sridevi‘s disco look from ‘Chaalbaaz‘.
Tamanna has been basking in glory for her dances, and the talk is that she got this opportunity because of her dance performances.
The buzz is that Tamanna is scared that Sonakshi Sinha would take away the accolades with ‘Thank god it’s Friday‘. To know who’s best we’ve to wait till March 29, release date of the film.
