Aishwarya Dhanush’s debut directorial ‘3’ has been on floors from past few weeks, but it remained unconfirmed since there were some confusions pertaining to the film’s heroine. Initially, Shruti Hassan was signed for the project, but was later replaced by Amala Paul.
Now the situations have reversed as Amala Paul is out due to some issues. Sources say that Amala Paul had signed a Telugu project opposite Naga Chaitanya that left her wedged between schedules. Apparently, as Shruti Hassan was free from her other projects till next month, she has agreed to take up the film.
Rumours are spreading like forest fires that there has been a sort of difference in opinions between Aishwarya and Amala Paul and it might have drifted them apart.
Shruti Hassan back to ‘3’
Shruti Hassan was initially chosen for Aishwarya Dhanush‘s maiden directorial venture ‘3’ that stars her husband Dhanush. However, although the actress was all excited about the script she couldn’t accept the offer due to prior commitments to another Telugu project.
Although Aishwarya Dhanush expressed that the role was tailor-made for Shruti Hassan, she approached Amala Paul who bagged the offer and just a few hours back it was understood that Amala Paul was removed from the film due to her date problems as well.
And now, Shruti Hassan is back to the berth that was initially reserved for her in ‘3’!
It’s official that Shruti Hassan is back on this Dhanush starrer. It seems, the debutant director, Aishwarya Dhanush, went back to her initial choice and the latter seems to have agreed more than willingly as Shruti’s Telugu film has seen a delay in hitting the floors.
Aishwarya Dhanush confirmed this, “Yes, Amala Paul couldn’t provide the promised dates due to prior commitments. We welcome Shruti Hassan on board the ‘3’ team!” Adding to his wife’s statement, “Call it destiny”, says Dhanush.
Its destiny indeed Dhanush! So what do you think about this new pair that is all set to rock tinsel town? Superstar’s son-in-law opposite Ulaganayagan Kamal Hassan‘s daughter, under Rajnikanth‘s daughter’s direction! Would one want more from a movie?
