Rajnikanth may be back to Chennai but is not entirely back with a bang. While his fans are praying for him to be back before the camera, he is sure to come back to the groove. K.S Ravikumar officially announced that Rajnikanth would be back to the shoot of Raana.
K.S Ravikumar added that the story of Raana is about an ancient king of the 17th century. Rajnikanth plays three different roles including a comical role. Deepika Padukone still remains in the female lead while the hunt is on for another three heroines. Pre-historic locations with huge sets will add visual value to the film.
Rajnikanth does not want the director to change the story just because of his health, since he is more concerned about the story, as he has written it himself. Rajnikanth will not ride a horse which was a scene intended to be made. Rajinikanth will have a body double substitute him for those risky action scenes.
