Some feel sad. And some are happy about Ajith’s decision to dissolve all his fan clubs, for they feel that the Thala will now be celebrated by fans of all actors, as there is no barrier now.
When we probed circles close to Ajith to know the real reason behind the actor’s hard decision, they said, ‘An outspoken person, what he has said in the statement is the real reason. There is nothing to hide about it.’
They however added:
‘Ajith was unhappy with a section of his fan club members, who aspired for political gains by using his name. Also he doesn’t want his fans to be exploited by political parties.’
On Friday, Ajith issued a statement saying he would disband his fan clubs from his birthday, May 1.
In the statement, the actor said that he was upset by the act of some of his fans, who were not ready to follow his instructions and guidelines.
’Following this, I have decided to dismantle my fan clubs. People are watching everything. I will never use my fans for my personal interests,’ the Thala said.
