There has been many speculation regarding the star cast in the remake of Shankar ‘3 Idiots‘ first it was initially thought to cast Mahesh Babu in Telugu version and Vijay in Tamil version then it was said that both Vijay and Mahesh Babu have opted out of the project due to call sheet issues then it was announced that Surya will be donning in both the versions after he completes the shoot of ‘7am Arivu‘ but now the latest buzz that is making rounds is that Surya out and Vijay IN for ‘3 Idiots’ Tamil version. Jeeva and Srikanth are playing the other roles in this flick.
Vijay who is currently busy with his upcoming project ‘Velayutham‘ will join the team of ‘3 Idiots’ very soon. Meanwhile Shankar is planning to shoot long schedule of the portions involving Jeeva, Srikanth, Ileana and Sathyaraj in Ooty.
