Poruthiru is an upcoming Tamil film written and directed by M G R Nambi.
Actress Malavika will be doing a cameo role in this film playing the role of actress itself. For a scene in the film Malavika will be inaugurating a tea shop. The milkman of the shop M G R Nambi will welcome the actress by holding her hands. By seeing this scene the female lead of this film imagines a song.
This song will cast M G R Nambi and actress Malavika. Music director Dhina & Anuradha Sriram will be rendering their voices for this particular song. Music for the film is done by Dhina. A song ‘naan maandhopil nindru irunden’ from M G R’s Enga Veetu Pillai will be remade for this film.
When the music director was interviewed about this he said that, the lyric of this song is supposed to be the same in the remake version also. Maanikka Vinayagam & Malathi will be rendering their voices for this remake song.
