The Hindi version of Dasavatharam is not releasing simultaneously with the Tamil and Telugu version on June 13. Accordign to reports there will be a two-week postponement in release date of the Hindi version to June 27. Anticipation for the film has skyrocketed so very high to see Kamal Hassan don those ten roles.

With Bollywood on a break due to multiplex strikes, Kamal Hassan‘sDashavataram in Hindi is a much awaited and welcome film to feast on this Friday.
The actor who is busy promoting his film was spotted at a special screening that was kept for his friends on Thursday evening.
It has taken one whole year for Kamal Haasan’s Dashavtaram to release nationwide.
Kamal hassan narrated how the Hindi version got so delayed in release.
“We have been saying, we are coming up with the Hindi version. We booked everything, got into a discussion and then something came up. I went off to another film, the producer too moved on to another film. It kept on moving. It was supposed to be January, then February and even March. But fortunately, here we are in April,” said Kanal Hassan.
Now that the film will hit the theatres on Friday the actor kept a special screening of the film for his friends in Bollywood which was attended by many important personalities form the film industry. The actor’s companion Gouthumi, her daughter as well as Kamal Hassan’s two daughters were also present at the special preview of the film.
“Its not a first time release over here. I mean it has been a huge hit in the south. That has made all of us very proud, especially after having seen the amount of work that has gone into it,” said daughter Shruti Hassan.
Producer Rohan Sippy said, “I have already watched this film in its original Tamil version and enjoyed it tremendously. So I thought why not grab the chance to view it in Hindi now. It is an amazing film and I hope everyone enjoys it.”
It will be something to see if the Hindi film audience too accepts the film with equal craze as down south.
