Yet another North Indian, in a flurry of actress from across the Vindhyas to be storming Kollywood on a regular basis, is all set to make her mark in Tamil films. Prachi Desai, a dazzling beauty from Gujarat and who has a very pretty face and an hour-glass figure to accentuate it, is all set to make her debut in the film ‘Arakkonam’ opposite Sreeman.
The Gujarati girl, who was born and brought up in Mumbai, has many commercials to her credit and debuted in Telugu films recently through ‘Auto Raja’. Desai has also done a solitary Hindi film titled ‘Panchmukhi’ in which she has ‘liberally’ exposed her curvaceous figure, reports say.
‘Arakkonam’, named after a town in Vellore District in Tamil Nadu, is a thriller but reportedly has enough scope for Prachi to expose her curves to stunning effect to woo Tamil audience. Talented actor Sreeman plays the hero opposite Prachi in the film, which also has Ponnambalam playing the villain.
Simham Sudhakar Reddy has penned the story, screenplay and dialogues of the film besides directing the movie. Ramana Gudipathy is the associate producer of the film, which is likely to be released by end-June.
