Filmmaker Seeman seems to believe that he has accomplished with his first earnest endeavor of stopping film personalities from attending IIFA 2010 at Colombo. Launching his ‘Naam Tamizhar’ party recently at Madurai, Seeman and his party members have been striving enough protesting against those who have planned to flow down for Colombo.
In his recent letter, he has thanked Amitabh Bachchan, Rajnikanth, Kamal Haasan, Mammooty, Mohan Lal, Puneeth Rajkumar, Venkatesh, Nagarjuna and others for not attending the awards ceremony at Sri Lanka.
‘I thank these personalities, who have enough kindness and concern towards the massacre of innocuous Eelam Tamilians. As a sort of proving our unity, they have stood by our side. In case of any film technicians or actors carrying their plans for this awards ceremony, the protest would stir up to a greater extent…’
