With a long bandwagon of actors launching their political parties, filmmaker Seeman too joins the queue with a different notion. Being an ardent supporter of Eelam Tamilians, director Seeman has been gathering more masses for his ‘Naam Tamizhar’ community that works for the well being of Eelam Tamililans.
Marking the occasion of completing one year after the cruel massacres of innocuous people over there, the party of ‘Naam Tamizhar’ was launched with a large gathering in Madurai.
Expressing the need to start an independent party, Seeman said, “This community will work justly for the developmental aspects of Eelam Tamilians and safeguarding their rights. It can be done merely by letting a separate government for Tamilians. As well, the Sri Lankan Prime Minister Raja Bakshi must be punished for his war crime.”
Hundreds and thousands of supporters gathered for this juncture and made it a successful event.
