When there are more issues continuously happening over there across world, the filmmakers wouldn’t run out of ideas. Obviously, be it Hollywood that has been persistently focalized on 9/11 terror and Bollywood with ‘Muslim Vs World’ issues, it’s completely unstoppable.
Now, our own Kollywood filmmakers have picked the ‘Eelam Tamilians’ issue as the heart-and-soul of their films. Previously, director Selvah had included such a factor with ‘Naan Avanillai-2’ that in no way had a definite relevance. Lately, director Yuvan of ‘Sindhanai Sei’ had started off with a film that revolves around three Tamilians from different parts of the world – Malaysia, India and Sri Lanka.
Jai Akash doesn’t want to miss out this issue as he trusts such a strong theme would gain him public glare. ‘Aayutham Porattam’ features him in lead role and he wields the megaphone. Speaking about the film, the actor said: ‘It’s a strong theme of emotional drama between a Tamilian in Indian and Eelam Tamilian interwoven with action and romance.
The film is produced by Jai Balaji Movie Makers and will start rolling by next month in Thailand followed by next schedule in Bangkok.
