She is natuarally excited about the film and cant stop raving about the good time she had on the sets. “It was so much fun working in this romantic comedy because we all had a great time with our funny lines on sets.
She recalls a funny incident, “Once I wore a wig and a mini skirt for a shot to the sets. Now the wig had a very short boy cut and Nandini introduced me to everyone as her friend, just for fun! Normally used to seeing me with long curly hair, Ajmal didn’t recognize me for a second and even said hello, how are you! Then everyone caught onto the truth,” she recalls.
And how did she bag this Sathyam Cinemas debut venture? “My uncle Jiva is an assistant to KS Ravikumar. He knew how much I wanted to be an actor right from childhood. So he tried his contacts and when this audition came up I went for it. The rest is history!” she explains. Let’s see if audiences accept this new kid on the block.
