Special appearance is Rs. 25,000 a day in the movie Peraanmai. No, we are not talking about any actors or actress here, but an elephant who plays an important role in the Jeyam Ravi starrer film Peraanmai. After a extensive hunt for this special apperance the team of Peraanmai have zeroed in on an elephant a couple of days back. The elephant will be paid 25,000 rupees for its appearance plus food and transport.

Akshaya of Kalaba Kadhalan fame was also roped in one of the heroines, but the actress has now decided to opt out of the movie.
