
Ingredients:
- Raw Rice (pacha arasi) 3 cups
- Rice flake (aval) 1 cup
- Urid dhal 1 cup
- Fenugrek(vendhayam) 1 Tablespoon
Method:
- Soak the above ingredients in water for 4 hours.
- Grind it to a batter like dosa batter.
- Leave in over night for fermenting.
- Use the batter to make set dosa on a hot dosa tawa.
Set Dosa goes well with chutney.
