Ingredients:

  • Coriander seeds 1 cup
  • Whole pepper 1/4 cup
  • Jeeragam (Jeera) 1/4 cup
  • Channa dal (kadalla paruppu) 1 Tablespoon
  • Rice 1 Tablespoon
  • Vendhayam 1/4 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves a handful
  • Red dry chili 2 cup

Method:

  • Fry all the ingredients separately in a frying pan.
  • Cool the content.
  • Grind it into a powder in mixcy or grind it in a mill.

Store it in a air tight container.
