
Ingredients:
- Coriander seeds 1 cup
- Whole pepper 1/4 cup
- Jeeragam (Jeera) 1/4 cup
- Channa dal (kadalla paruppu) 1 Tablespoon
- Rice 1 Tablespoon
- Vendhayam 1/4 teaspoon
- Curry leaves a handful
- Red dry chili 2 cup
Method:
- Fry all the ingredients separately in a frying pan.
- Cool the content.
- Grind it into a powder in mixcy or grind it in a mill.
Store it in a air tight container.
