Maggi noodles as such has no nutrition value but when it is combined with veggies it is good.. You can add veggies like carrot, peas.
- Maggi noodles packet
- Oil – 3 Teaspoon
- Mustard seeds – a little
- Water – 1 Cup
- Coriander leaves – a little
- Turmeric- a pinch
How to make a Maggi Noodles (Indian Style)
- Splutter mustard seeds in a pan then empty the masal into it add turmeric and turn the heat off.
- Now add water 1 cup (approx 200 ml or a little more) now add maggi.
- Once the water evaporates add coriander leaves that are finely chopped.
