
Ingredients:
- Dosa batter
- Mutton varuval
- Egg 1 (beat it)
- Oil
Method:
- Heat dosa tawa and sprinkle little oil.
- Spread the dosa batter on the tawa.
- Pour 1/2(3 tablespoon) egg over the dosa.
- Take 2 Tablespoon of mutton varuval and spread on the egg dosa.
- Pour oil around dosa edges.
- Turn sides and cook it.
- Serve hot with coocnut chutnet or chicken gravy.
