Javarisi (Sago ) Payasam

Ingredients:

  • Javarisi (Sago) 1 Cup
  • Sugar 3/4 Cup (As needed)
  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • Vanilla Essence 1 Teaspoon
  • Condensed Milk 2 Tablespoon
  • Cashew nut 12

Javarisi Payasam Javarisi (Sago ) Payasam

Method:

  • Soak javarisi in water for 1 hr.
  • Add the javarisi to boiling water and cook it.
  • Filter it and keep aside.
  • Break cashew nut into small pieces.
  • Boil water in pan and add the cashew nut pieces and cook it for 10 minutes.
  • Filter it and keep aside.
  • Add milk to a pan and boil it.
  • Add the filtered javarisi and boil it for a while.
  • Add sugar and mix well till sugar dissolves.
  • Add condensed milk and vanilla essence.
