
Ingredients:
- Boiled Egg 4
- Onion 2
- Tomato 1
- Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper powder 1/4 Teaspoon
- Coriander Leaves to garnish
- Salt
- Oil
Method:
- Add oil to kadai and add finely chopped onions and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add chopped tomato and saute till oil separates.
- Add chili powder and salt saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the boiled egg ( slit the egg slightly) to the kadai and cook it for 5 minutes in sim.
- Sprinkle the pepper powder and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
