- Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
- Corn Flour powder 1 and 1/2 Cup
- Maida powder 3 Tablespoon
- Ginger and Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
- Curd 6 Tablespoon
- Food Colour Optional
- Chili Powder 2 Tablespoon(as required)
- Egg 1
- Oil for frying
- Marinate Chicken with corn flour powder, maida powder, ginger and garlic paste, curd and
- Marinate the chicken for 2 or more hours.
- Add egg to the marinated chicken and mix well, before frying the chicken in oil.
