Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Corn Flour powder 1 and 1/2 Cup
  • Maida powder 3 Tablespoon
  • Ginger and Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  • Curd 6 Tablespoon
  • Food Colour Optional
  • Chili Powder 2 Tablespoon(as required)
  • Salt
  • Egg 1
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  • Marinate Chicken with corn flour powder, maida powder, ginger and garlic paste, curd and
    chili powder.
  • Marinate the chicken for 2 or more hours.
  • Add egg to the marinated chicken and mix well, before frying the chicken in oil.

Chicken bakoda is a great snack.
