The ‘Polladhavan‘ duo is back. After a film on north Chennai, Dhanush and Vettrimaran have now joined hands for a movie set in Madurai, titled ‘Aadukalam’.
Dhanush is thrilled to work with Vettrimaran again. “It’s an intense movie with director Vettrimaran after ‘Polladhavan’. I can’t reveal the story. But all I can say is that I play Karuppu in the movie.”
Adding more, he says, “Aadukalam is about a man who lives near Madurai. You can’t classify the film under any genre but in some ways you can call it a thriller.”
“I want my films to carry varied themes. As an actor, I feel that I should do justice to the roles I perform”, the actor says and adds: “And I hope ‘Aadukalam’ is one such film which has enough scope for me to perform.” A Delhi-based model Tapasi is acting opposite Dhanush in ‘Aadukalam’.
