“Bahubali” is a much awaited film of SS Rajamouli, specially since he gave a super hit film like “Naan Ee” right before this announcement. “Bahubali” is a periodic film and requires commanding personalities in the parts.
Prabhas and Rana, two of the most tallest Tollywood actors are the lead men, while Anushka plays the female lead and is not quite so short herself.
This film has an amazing fight sequence and it seems that the director had a tough time fitting all these tall frames into one frame! “First day of sword fight training 4 Prabhas and Rana. With their height and jumps they looked like giants rather than humans.:) Even Anushka at 5′.10′ looked their equal. Nice session. only problem is for the DOP to compose them in the frame.” is what the director tweeted after a day of shooting an action sequence with Prabhas and Rana.
The National award winner Sabu Cyril, who has also worked in Shanker‘s “Endhiran” has been recently added to the crew. Also rumours have it that “Bahubali” might be the costliest movie ever made in Tollywood.
