Actor Kamal Hassan is completely upset with the string of events that had happened against the release of his multilingual ‘Vishwaroopam‘.
Now that High Court has cleared the ban from the film but still State government has stalled the release following protests by Muslims. In a media briefing, Kamal Hassan has also mentioned that he will happily move to a state where such situations are under control and if that State is not found in India then he will leave country as well just like MF Hussain.
Shahrukh Khan came in support of the legendary superstar. Talking to the press last evening, Shahrukh Khan said, the whole Vishwaroopam row is completely unwarranted and his own films have faced similar situations in the past. “We have all gone through this, we have all faced this. To say the least, it is the most unfortunate thing to happen to a film. I would really like to state this, I have done this for Billu Barber, Om Shanti Om and My Name Is Khan” Shahrukh Khan said.
Salman Khan used famous social networking site ‘Twitter‘ to show his frustration over the whole episode. He quoted ‘I support Kamal Hassan‘ by uploading the below given picture. He assured his fans that he will definitely go and watch ‘Vishwaroopam‘. As per Salman Khan, it is only the audience who should decide whether the film is worth watching or not. This is the first time Salman Khan has tweeted in 2013.
Kamal Hassan is all set to move to Supreme Court to overturn the ban imposed on his movie. Film was supposed to release on Republic Day but it has been stalled till February 6 by Tamil Nadu government. In Overseas though, film got released on time and has been doing exceptional business.
