Sexy siren Deepika Padukone, who scorched the screens last year with her bold role Veronica in ‘Cocktail‘, is planning to do de-glamour roles in this year.
For now, her glam look will be carried in her upcoming film ‘Race 2′. After that, the actress’s list of films for 2013 includes ‘Chennai Express’, in which she plays a Tamilian girl, ‘Ram Leela‘, in which she dons a Gujarati avatar and ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani‘, in which she will sport a very simple, girl-next-door look.
Her upcoming films include Superstar Rajnikanth‘s much-anticipated period film ‘Kochadaiyaan‘ which will also be released in Telugu and Hindi with title ‘Vikram Simha‘. Deepika Padukone, daughter of badminton player Prakash Padukone, made a splashy debut in Bollywood in 2007 with Shahrukh Khan‘s ‘Om Shanti Om‘.
