Director Gautham Menon is known for directing some of the best romantic entertainers in Kollywood. Therefore, when he announced the release of Neethaane En Ponvasantham starring Jeeva and Samantha, every movie buff made it a point to lay their hands on the tickets as soon as the bookings opened.
Well, the D-Day is on December 14th and the advance and internet booking commenced. As expected, the tickets for the first weekend sold out like hot cakes within minutes the bookings opened, say industry sources.
