The cute actress who made her acting debut in Maalai Pozhudhin Mayakathiley, Shubha Phutela passed away yesterday here in Bangalore. The actress was admitted post severe kidney failure three months. She was then suddenly hit by Jaundice. A close source said that she was recovering but went to coma last week. Shubha Phutela is survived by her parents, an elder sister and a younger brother.
Shubha Phutela was born in Ludhiana, Punjab to Dr. Rajpal Phutela and Mrs. Santosh Phutela. As a child, Shubha was very homely and studious. In her own words – ” My aim of life then was to study, come home, watch TV. Watching TV was one of the things that I always rejoiced, watching all the saas-bahu serials with my mom and rounding off the day with some teen shows.” Shubha’s debut film, Maalai Pozhudhin Mayakathilaey released in July 2012. In the film, she played the role of a Muslim girl, Jiya Jaffer. With just one film, the cute actress charmed huge no of audience.
