Young superstar Silambarasan’s upcoming film Poda Podi is creating huge sensation with the single track of Love Pannalaama Venama.
The makers of this film – Hitesh Jhabak are planning to release the film on the festive occasion of Dewali, November 12. The audio launch of this film is scheduled to be held on October 10.
The songs are composed by Dharan and this is the first time he is working together with STR. Vignesh Sivan makes his debut directorial with this film that has Sarathkumar’s daughter Varalakshmi Sarathkumar in female lead character. The album is a mix of various genres that include an emotional song about a father-son penned by Vaali.
Premji Amaran’s guest role in Simbu’s Podaa Podi?
It is heard that Premji Amaran will be making a special appearance for a song in Silambarasan‘s upcoming film Poda Podi.
We have earlier reported that STR complete the shoot of his much awaited Poda Podi recently. The film is likely to hit screens for this Dewali while his another film Vaalu, which was supposed to hit screens in November, has been postponed. Now the latest buzz is that Premji Amaran will appear in a song in the film.
Poda Podi is produced by Gemini and Padam Kumar and as the title suggests, the film is an energetic rom-com. It is reported that Shobana will play a prominent role, that of Vijayalaxmi Sarathkumar‘s dance mentor, in the film. Well-known artist Ute Bergk (assistant art director of Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and V for Vendetta) has been roped in as the art director for the film. The music of this flick will be launched soon.
