Get ready for a laugh riot on 7 September. Srikanth starrer Paagan, diorected by Mohammad Aslam, will be released all across the globe this Friday.
Paagan, a comedy caper, produced by PV Production and presented by Vendhar Movies, stars Janani Iyer opposite Srikanth. Says Aslam, a former assistant to directors Cheran and Ameer.
‘Paagan revolves around Srikanth and his penchant for finding shortcuts to become rich and successful. After his plans fail, Srikanth decides to woo Janani who comes from a rich family. But that’s not going to be a cakewalk either’.
‘Moreover, if Janani does agree too, it’s her family that may need convincing. The film showcases Srikanth‘s attempts to get Janani to fall in love with him, but she is a tough nut’.
The movie has music by James Vasanthan. Parotta Suri plays a key role. On his part, Srikanth says, ‘I enjoyed working in the film. I play Subramani, a simpleton, and the director wanted me to look young. I hit the gym continuously and reduced seven kilograms for the role’.
