Dhananjayan, Chief – South Film Business, Disney-UTV has confirmed that Thaandavam will release on September 28th, 2012.
UTV is known for fixing the release dates well before and work its way to meet the deadlines and the production house is following the same with Thaandavam too.
Dhananjayan revealed that the release date was finalised after a meeting with Thaandavam’s director AL Vijay and all efforts are being made to meet this deadline.
Thaandavam stars Vikram in the lead role with Anushka and Amy Jackson playing his leading ladies. GV Prakash Kumar has scored the music for this film and the songs have turned out be hits which have upped the expectation levels for the film’s release.
