Actress Varalakshmi Sarathkumar (Varu) groves to a folklore in Poda Podi along with her lead star Simbu (STR). The song is in the climax part of the much awaited film Poda Podi and also has noted dancer Shobhana.
Director Vignesh Shiva was all praise for the Hero. Simbu who has a penchant for dancing, does the folklore dance ‘Kuthu‘ that shall definitely strike chord with the front benchers.
The song composed by Dharan is choreographed by Prem Rakshit and has been shot well over two weeks at Mumbai, say sources. And this song shall form the climax of the film unlike the regular films which have a fight or an emotional scenes.
Poda Podi is expected to be ready by November after the talkie part is over. The film is a romantic musical entertainer say sources.
