Actress Samantha, who took a break from acting following skin ailment, stood in front of the camera in Hyderabad a couple of days ago, for her upcoming Telugu movie.
“A few weeks ago itself it was reported that she was back to work. But only now she has returned to the sets,” say sources. The film in question is directed by Nandini Reddy, with Siddharth playing the lead role.
It is said that some ‘continuity scenes’ were shot on Samantha on the first day. “Though the actress looked bit tired, she gave her best in front of the camera,” add sources.
Samatha had to walk out of Mani Ratnam‘s ‘Kadal‘, and Shankar‘s ‘I’, due to the skin trouble. The actress’s recent movie ‘Naan Ee‘ has been declared a hit all over south India. Her upcoming film is ‘Neethane En Ponvasantham‘ directed by Gautham Menon.
