Birthday wishes to Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi! The actor-turned-politician, who is a Member of Parliament now, is celebrating his birthday today, August 22nd, 2012.

Born as Konidala Siva Sankara Vara Prasad in Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh in 1957, Chiru’s entry to filmdom was with Punadhirallu in 1978. He has several successful ventures under belt and many prestigious awards as well. Chiru has been honoured with the Nandi Award thrice, the FilmFare Award several times over apart from various other honours.
