Surya starrer Maatraan and its Telugu version Duplicate will hit the screens simultaneously on October 12th.
The Telugu rights of Maatraan were sold to producer Bellamkonda Suresh for 17 crores, states sources in the tinsel town. This is the highest amount paid for a Tamil film after Rajnikanth starrer Robot, it may be mentioned here.
Duplicate is directed by KV Anand with music composed by Harris Jayaraj. The expectations on this film are very high because it is touted to be a technical wonder with Surya playing Siamese twins.
