Lyricist Viveka announced that the opening song in Thuppaki has been filmed. The lyricist disclosed that this will be a very different opening number. Choreographer Sofy has choreographed this song, we hear.
Thuppaki stars Vijay in the lead role with Kajal Agarwal playing his lead girl. AR Murugadoss is directing this film. It may mentioned here that the makers of Thuppaki are fighting it out in the court to retain the title but the interim stay order on the title has been extended up to August 1st.
Only the final orders from the court will bring out a clear picture about the title.
