The sexy Kollywood bombshell that she is, Namitha doesn’t have much of a competition on the glamorous row. Low on projects due to lack of quality scripts she has engaged herself in entrepreneurial activities and spending quality time with her lawyer boyfriend.
Namitha was recently offered a lesbian role which she denied curtly, stating not to mistake her in support of same sex groups. Now that the Bollywood flick Dirty Picture has achieved National glory, there is a common need felt among directors in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Telugu industries. Atleast one among them wants to honor the sex sirens in their respective industries, talking of which Namitha’s case was an unavoidable one.
When quizzed if the role was offered to her in Tamil, Namitha said, “Silk Smitha was called the queen of the glamour industry in the times and today it’s me. The role will be perfect for me and I would definitely take it up given a chance.” She added , “Also ,I wouldn’t mind taking the role up for a reduced fee.” When the likes of Anushka and Nayantara rejected their director’s call first hand, here is one lady who doesn’t mind getting dirty even for a small fee. No wonder maachis love you for your bold appeal .
