The much-acclaimed Aaranya Kaandam has one more feather to adorn its cap. The film produced by SPB Charan’s Capital Film Works and directed by Thiagarajan Kumararaja has bagged the audience award at the London Indian Film Festival.
This critically-acclaimed film went on to win a number of awards including the Best Editing award for Praveen K. L. and Best Debut Director award for Thiagarajan Kumararaja, it may be mentioned here.
Aaranya Kaandam starred Jackie Shroff, Ravi Krishna, Sampath Raj, Yasmin Ponnappa, Guru Somasundaram, Master Vasanth, Rambo Rajkumar and Ajay Raj. Yuvan Shankar Raja had scored the music for this film.
