Thaandavam shooting halted!
The shooting of Vikram’s forthcoming film Thaandavam is facing a hurdle due to non-stop rains in the United Kingdom.
Directed by AL Vijay of Madrasapattinam of Deiva Thirumagal fame, the movie has Telugu hero Jagapathi Babu, Anushka and Amy Jackson in pivotal roles.
Dhananjayan, head-south, UTV Motion Pictures, said, ‘Heavy rains in London is hampering our shooting of Thaandavam. We are fighting against nature to complete the planned portions every day.’
He added: We’d planned for a big scene in a huge government building with several local junior artists. Heavy rains forced us to abandon the plans. The crew is going through sleepless nights to complete shoot on time. Hope rains stop and weather helps us.’
