Karthika, who was taken on board in Sundar C’s next ‘Madha Gaja Raja‘ (MGR), has now walked out of the film. And, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, the daughter of Sarathkumar and Simbu’s heroine in ‘Poda Podi’, has replaced ‘Ko’ in the film!
Media reports that the script of the film went for a change recently and her character in the script was also given some change and this has made Karthika to pull herself out of the project.
Sources say that her new character has been added with some glamour elements and Karthika decided that this would not suit her. Also, it is said that according to the previous version of the script Vishal had a triple role, but now that has also been changed. The actor plays only one character now.
Hansika Motwani was earlier approached for the female lead but she could not accept as she did not have dates. The film has Vijay Antony for music.
It is worth mentioning that some time ago there were rumours spread in the media that Vishal had a special friendship with Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. But, both rubbished these reports.
