Pooja Kumar is playing female lead in Viswaroopam, written, directed and enacted by Kamal Hassan. She says, ‘almost all his films have a powerful role for women. So it is in Viswaroopam.’
Pooja Kumar plays Kamal Hassan’s wife (a nuclear oncologist in the film).
She says, ‘shooting for the movie was a great experience. Kamal Hassan was cool and composed and taught me a lot on the sets. It was a learning experience for me’.
Asked what’s her future plans, she says, ‘I want to do quality films. I wish I get films where the heroine has more scope.’
