‘Viswaroopam’ is a thriller written, directed, andd co-produced by Kamal Hassan that features himself in the lead role. Other actors are Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Rahul Bose and Jaideep Ahlawat. The film will be dubbed in Telugu while it’s simultaneously being made in Hindi as ‘Vishwaroop’. Music is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, with lyrics by Vairamuthu.
The movie harps on a global theme. A major portion of the movie was shot in USA and adjoining areas. Kamal Hassan reportedly plays the role of an Afghan ultra in the movie. One of the costliest movies to be made in Tamil cinema, the post production for the flick is on under the direct suprevision of Kamal Hassan himself.
