A section of the media recently reported that Sarathkumar will play a prominent role in Thuppaki. However sources close to the film’s unit rubbished it as mere rumours and also revealed that the film is almost complete.
Audio launch of Thuppaki is likely to take place on June 22 (his birthday) and the film will be an Independence Day treat.
Santosh Sivan is produced by Kalaipuli S. Dhanu while Santosh Sivan is the cinematographer. Harris Jayaraj has composed the music and Jayamohan has penned the lyrics.
