Actress Namitha is celebrating her birthday today. The actress entered the Tamil film industry in 2004 with the film Engal Anna in which she was paired opposite Vijayakanth.
Since then, she has donned various roles in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam films.
Actress Namitha won the Miss Surat title in 1998 and also participated in the Miss Indian contest. Her last Tamil release was Ilaignan and the actress has said that she will henceforth accept film offers only if it has good and meaty roles for her.
Her lastest release was the Kannada film Namitha I Love You and she is currently busy with a couple of Kannada and Telugu films.
