Balaji Shakthivel and Lingusamy, the director and producer of Vazhakku Enn 18/9 are thrilled with the wonderful response their film has been garnering. To make things even better, the leading production houses in Bollywood are vying for the remake rights to the film.
Aamir Khan, Anurag Kashyap and 3 Idiots director, Rajkumar Hirani are all keen to remake Vazhakku Enn 18/9. Eros International has also entered the fray.
The close friends are playing their cards carefully however, as they will be co – producers working in association with whichever production house bags the rights to Vazhakku Enn 18/9. Also Balaji Sakthivel will be directing the film and making his Bollywood debut like his buddy who is all set to remake Vettai with Shahid Kapoor.
