Yuvan Shankar Raja compares Billa 2 to James Bond
Yuvan Shankar Raja who has scored music for Ajith Billa 2 has said that the film is like James Bond 002.
Yuvan has offered a sound but at the same time a sound that is evocative of the original film. Yuvan reveals that his personal favourite song in the film is a solo melody Idhayam sung by Bollywood singer Shweta Pandit. Billa2 theme music has beenone of the most popular musical themes in recent times but Yuvan admits that his decision to recreate the same theme has not gone down well with some fans.
Yuvan said that he sees Billa 2 similar to James Bond films. Ashok Parwani of Sony Music said that so far one lakh CDs of the film have been sold.

Ajith’s next project with commercial hit maker Vishnuvardhan is all set to roll soon..
The mega project is produced by A.M ratnam and has Arya,Nayanthara and Taapsee playing prominent roles..
According to sources, the shoot which was to begin from May 31 will start rolling on June 2 in Mumbai. It will be a 20-day schedule, and the team wants to wrap up the Mumbai portions before monsoon sets in there.
It is learnt that Ajith will start shooting for his solo portions first, Nayanthara will join the team a little later. Arya and Taapsee will shoot for their scenes in August..
Music will be scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by PS Vinodh.
